Accommodation
In terms of accommodation, we can offer access to Hill Farm House & The Cosy Cottage alongside all associated converted outbuildings.
At the ‘Top of the Hill’, which is just 2km away from The Village Barn, is Hill Farm House and it’s associated outbuildings (The potting Shed and The Top Hat House). In total these three buildings can sleep 20 guests. While The Cosy Cottage and associated outbuildings are situated just 3 doors down from the Barn, on the main street of Tyrrellspass and can sleep up to 15 guests.
The accommodation is a separate entity and managed separately. As a result, you will need to contact Verena on 0830757433 or email cosycottagehillfarm@gmail.com to enquire directly about the accommodation.
Top of The Hill
The Farm House
Hill Farm House is a beautifully restored farm house located just a short distance from the Barn venue and offers luxurious accommodation for those attending weddings and events here at The Village Barn. In total there are five double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and includes an en-suite. Four further bedrooms are upstairs accompanied by two bathrooms. This modern yet quirky property also offers a spacious living come dining area with a pantry and wash room. Outbuildings at Hill Farm House have been converted to provide additional, high quality accommodation.

The Cosy Cottage
Just a few doors down, The Cosy Cottage offers a warm and inviting space for families or friends to enjoy time together. With three rooms, it’s ideal for shared stays: Room 1 is a family-style ensuite with a double and two singles, Room 2 features a comfy double bed, and Room 3 offers three single beds. With its own kitchen, dining space and living room with roaring fire this cottage is the perfect place to feel at home.
